In our ongoing effort to serve you better, Mid-Island Mortgage Corp. is proud to announce the integration with our internal processing system and PriceWhiz. This will be an amazing tool for all of our Brokers and Correspondents.

What does this mean to you?
Brokers and Correspondents will now have the ability to instantly obtain the following information regarding their loans in our pipeline:

• Account Manager Assignments – this is your internal contact for all loans in process
• Loan Status – from set up to closing
• All Conditions - Brokers and Correspondents will now see all outstanding conditions on your loan . Conditions that have been cleared will be removed.
• E-Docs - Brokers and Correspondents can now upload documents directly to PriceWhiz for the Account Manager to print. When documents are uploaded the Account Manager is notified.
